Senior Care Assistant – Residential Support Worker

Location: HULL

Pay: Starting from £14\.25 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Providing tailored support to meet the individual needs of service users

· Supporting all personal care needs

· Organising and participating in recreational and therapeutic activities

· Building positive relationships and encouraging personal growth

· Responding calmly and effectively to challenging behaviours

· Supporting people to achieve positive outcomes and independence

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 6 months experience in a care or support role

· Reliable, empathetic, and excellent communication skills

· Self\-motivated and well\-organised

· Passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals

· Able to remain calm under pressure

· Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us)

· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (not essential)
