Account Manager - IT Solutions & Managed Services

• Location: London (Bank) / Hybrid


• Salary: £35,000 to £70,000+ depending on experience, plus uncapped commission

Day-to-Day of the Role:

• Generate new business opportunities across SME, Mid-Market, and Enterprise organisations.


• Build and develop a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.


• Leverage existing customer, vendor, and partner relationships to create opportunities.


• Sell a wide portfolio of IT products, services, and solutions including Managed Services, Cyber Security, Cloud Solutions, and more.


• Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to closure.


• Develop long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.


• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.


• Collaborate with pre-sales, procurement, customer success, and partner success teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers.


• Attend customer meetings, networking events, industry conferences, and partner events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT sales.


• Proven track record in selling IT solutions such as Managed Services, Cyber Security, Cloud Solutions, Microsoft Licensing, and more.


• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.


• Ability to generate and convert opportunities independently.


• Motivated, self-sufficient, and commercially driven.


• Highly desirable: Existing network of end-user clients, vendors, or channel partners and experience within an MSP, VAR, reseller, or technology solutions environment.
