We are looking for an MHI Direct Account Manager to join our MHI Direct team on a fixed\-term maternity cover basis. In this role, you will support the growth of our MHI product range by building strong relationships with contractors, handling enquiries and quotations, and delivering a responsive and professional customer experience.
This role is key to helping us increase customer engagement and drive repeat business by ensuring customers receive a reliable, accurate and consistent service every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer enquiries and prepare accurate quotations
- Proactively follow up quotations to secure orders and gain feedback
- Build and develop strong customer and internal relationships
- Promote MHI products (Splits, VRF and Saf Ventilation) primarily via telephone
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity using CRM systems (3DD and D365\)
- Develop product knowledge and understanding of applications and suitability
- Achieve agreed KPIs and sales targets within your assigned region
- Proactively contact a minimum of 15 customers per day
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers and colleagues
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail when preparing quotations
- Proactive, motivated and customer\-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Willingness to learn and develop technical and commercial knowledge
- Confidence using IT systems including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Resilient with the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
