We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Account Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on our Dermocosmetics and Fragrances brands.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts across multiple retailers, including Boots, John Lewis, Space NK, Sephora, Selfridges, and various pure players.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular contact and personalised service

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client portfolio

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise mutual benefit for clients and the company

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and effectively

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of products or services aligns with client expectations

  • Prepare detailed reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends

  • Manage multiple accounts efficiently using IT tools and CRM systems

  • Organise meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients in a professional manner

  • Drive B2B sales initiatives to meet organisational targets and growth objectives
Experience
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles within a B2B environment

  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and MS Office Suite

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a busy environment

  • Organised with strong organisational skills to handle multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Experience in the utilisation of IT tools for reporting and client relationship management
