Account Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in planning/scheduling with the ability to manage and maintain KPI's and SLA's. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management through effective planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. The Account Manager will also help oversee projects, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Job Scheduling and Resource Allocation \- Manage daily works for engineers, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime, facilitating clear communication among team members.
- Support with project timelines effectively, ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed within set deadlines.
- Operational Efficiency \& Process Management \- Ensure engineers have clear job instructions and necessary materials before dispatch.
- Communication \& Coordination \- Serve as the main liaison between clients, site contacts, engineers, and management
- Compliance \& Documentation \- Ensure all planned jobs comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on operational goals and priorities.
- Client Satisfaction \& Service Delivery \- Ensure jobs are completed within agreed SLAs and client expectations.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a planning environment is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/jobs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with facilities management and best practices within the maintenance field is highly desirable.
