We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise Business Growth: Develop and enhance new and existing business relationships to meet branch turnover and Gross Profit margin objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain a regular call schedule within a designated area, ensuring professional and friendly interactions with both colleagues and customers.
- Market Insight: Gather and report information on market and competitor activity to your line manager, using this data to drive sales strategies.
- Sales Growth: Increase sales and the number of active customers, opening a minimum of 2 new accounts every month.
- Customer Account Management: Manage all aspects of current customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is communicated to the Branch Manager.
- CRM Reporting: Maintain accurate and consistent CRM reporting, ensuring your time is used effectively.
- Training and Development: Attend relevant training courses and work with suppliers on the latest product releases to stay informed and communicate updates to customers.
- Debtors and Administration: Assist in chasing outstanding debts, manage SOL accounts, and oversee returns, credits, warranties, and surcharges to ensure prompt account payments.
- Develop an in\-depth knowledge of the company's product and service range, effectively communicating this to the customer base.
- Maintain a smart and clean appearance, both personally and for your company vehicle.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve branch margin targets.

Pay: £29,500\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
