We’re looking for an Account Manager to lead the day\-to\-day delivery of the Suntory Support Squad (Flex) programme. You will receive a competitive annual salary, performance bonus, car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package, including Bupa healthcare and generous holiday entitlement.

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you'll take ownership of the operational delivery of the Suntory Support Squad (Flex) programme, ensuring activity plans are executed effectively, KPIs are achieved and commercial objectives are met.
This is a fast\-paced role where you'll work closely with field teams, client stakeholders and internal functions to drive performance, deliver actionable insights and support continuous improvement across the programme.
Key Responsibilities
Account \& Stakeholder Management
- Manage day\-to\-day programme delivery across core Flex activity, Co\-op and ad hoc activations.
- Support the Senior Account Manager with planning, programme reviews and commercial discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders.
- Provide clear direction to field and operational teams, ensuring activity aligns with customer priorities.
- Coordinate campaign planning, deployment and operational delivery across teams.
- Analyse and interpret Flex performance data, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
- Project manage call file changes across the core field team and Flex Support Squad, working with Data Science and key stakeholders to ensure delivery against deadlines.
- Investigate data anomalies and recommend improvements.
- Deliver accurate reporting and clear performance updates to internal and client stakeholders.
- Support performance reviews and ongoing programme development through data\-led insights.
- Support and guide the Flex field team to achieve KPIs and execution standards.
- Ensure consistent governance, quality and compliance across all activity.
