Salary: £30,000

Location: Hybrid – Working from home with occasional travel

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37\.5 hours per week

Main Purpose of The Role:

*AutosOnShow are the Digital Imaging specialists of Constellation Automotive Group with an established track record of dominance in the automotive market. We know that our success depends on our ability to provide the best automotive video and imagery on the market, so if you’d like to be a part of this, we’re looking for an Account Management and Onboarding Specialist to help shape that future.*

As an Account Management and Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a key role in transforming the way the world’s best\-known automotive brands showcase their vehicles. You’ll be the friendly face welcoming new customers to our cutting\-edge vehicle imagery platform \- guiding them through setup, solving challenges, and making sure they’re set up for success. You’ll also build lasting relationships with our existing clients, ensuring they continue to get the very best from our technology and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and contacts


• Facilitate customer reviews


• Support an established sales team to maintain and manage the onboarding experience


• Ensure effective communication both internally and externally


• Support change requests within an established framework to fully meet customer requirements


• Support projects with internal teams to ensure successful delivery to meet deadlines


• Work closely with service delivery teams to maintain an exceptional customer service experience


• Create and update internal documentation and wiki guides

• Experience of working within an account management role, we can teach you the industry.


• Some commercial experience or working successfully with, customer services, sales or account management teams


• Experienced at forming strong and trusted relationships with customers


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Excellent organisational skills


• Commercial experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook


• Full driving license

• Experience of working within video, imagery \& software


• Experience of working within the automotive sector


• Second European language


• Basic understanding of SFTP, APIs and on\-line storage
