About the team
You’ll join Greenly’s Account Management team, a fast\-growing, high\-impact group supporting thousands of companies in their climate strategy.
We work closely with Sales, Onboarding, Climate Experts, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience — from renewal preparation to upsell strategy and ongoing relationship management.
Our mission: retain, grow, and support our customer base by combining operational excellence, analytical rigor, and a consultative approach.
About the role
We’re looking for an Account Management Intern to support the team during a period of high workload and help us strengthen our renewal, churn\-prevention, and upsell efforts.
This internship is an opportunity to work at the heart of a fast\-scaling SaaS business, gain exposure to client management, and develop strong analytical and operational skills.
Typical week:
A mix of recurring tasks and project work, including:
- Preparing client decks and reporting documents
- Supporting Account Managers on commercial proposals and renewals
- \+ You might handle the renewal of small accounts yourself
- Following up on unresponsive deals and tracking renewal pipeline
- Updating CRM data (HubSpot) and ensuring excellent data hygiene
- Creating email templates, slides, dashboards, and quotes
- Assisting with competitive research and internal process improvements
- Contributing to team meetings and ad\-hoc operational tasks
In your first months, you will:
- Build reliable reporting and slide templates used by the whole team
- Help reactivate unresponsive accounts and support renewal conversations
- Improve internal processes, documentation, and follow\-up workflows
- Free up Account Managers’ time so they can focus on strategic discussions
- Contribute directly to renewal and churn\-reduction outcomes

- Communicate clearly and can structure information effectively
- Take initiative and follow through on your responsibilities
- Learn quickly and enjoy working in a fast\-moving environment
- Like collaborating and supporting cross\-team workstreams
- Fluent in French and English
- Are curious about climate, SaaS, or operations
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets \& PowerPoint/Slides)
- CRM tools (HubSpot is a strong plus)
- Basic reporting or data organization methods
