You will be working for Smollan to fulfil the role of Operations Executive / Account Executive on our Tactical Team. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:* Responding to operational issues in the field via phone and email
- Ensuring the field team have the necessary equipment and information to complete the job
- Liaising with the warehouse/courier and field colleagues regarding delivery of POS (Point of Sale materials)
- Completing monthly grocery reports for business directors
- Completing an activity in store on a monthly basis
- Standard operational administration activities, including:
+ Collate briefs and project materials to distribute to field team via mailouts
+ Keep the client up to date with photos from live activities using our internal activity management system
+ System administration such as paperwork checks
You will have:* Basic IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
- A good “can do” attitude, and you are prepared to go that “extra mile”
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

- 24 days annual leave (increasing annually up to 29 days) \+ bank holidays
