About Oakley Food Projects
At Oakley Food Projects, we are more than just a design‑and‑build partner. As a family‑owned business, we work closely with food, drink, and pharmaceutical manufacturers to help them expand, relocate, and future‑proof their production facilities with confidence. Since 2012, we have built a strong reputation as turnkey factory fit‑out specialists, managing the entire process from initial concept and design through to build, handover, and operation.
As we continue to grow, the way we communicate our expertise, projects, and approach is increasingly important — ensuring our content clearly reflects the quality of our work, supports our goal to target the leading food and beverage brands in the UK and reinforces our reputation in a competitive market.
Role Overview
At Oakley, you’ll be part of a dynamic, close‑knit team where ideas are welcomed, and individuals are trusted to take ownership. We invest in our people and value a positive, supportive working culture — from health insurance benefits to freshly cooked lunches and provided food, as well as regular team days and social events.
