Fever for Business (F4B) is our B2B organization, built around a simple idea: providing live experiences as a service to other businesses. 
We help businesses, schools and global brands create memorable events without the usual complexity by providing a reliable, scalable, and high-quality service. 
From intimate Candlelight Private Concert or a large-scale multi-city activation, we turn live entertainment into a repeatable business solution that drives employee engagement and brand differentiation. Our team owns the full journey from initial sales and strategy to global execution working closely with Fever Originals and Operations to scale B2B experiences smoothly and at a global level.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to fuel the growth of our emerging Fever for Business unit, bringing the full power of Fever to corporate and institutional clients. In this role you will manage a targeted book of business within the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, advise prospects on their needs within the culture and live entertainment space, and drive net new revenue for the business. Your expertise in consultative selling, combined with deal execution and cross-functional alignment, will be critical to accelerating our expansion within our B2B offering.
What You'll Do

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Take ownership in pipeline creation and deal cycle management, applying MEDDIC-style Sales methodologies</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Drive a land and expand motion for strategic accounts </li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Leverage Fever’s ecosystem and your own network to identify and engage ideal prospects</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify, map, and multi-thread key stakeholders in your territory </li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Craft and execute creative outreach strategies to drive pipeline quality</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build lasting client relationships that generate recurring revenue</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Partners, Operations) to ensure alignment</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, adaptable, optimistic, and coachable</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and high customer service standards</li>

Who You Are
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">3-5 years in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, MICE or similar a plus)</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven track record of achieving Sales targets </li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar methodologies is preferred</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; confident with senior stakeholders</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Entrepreneurial self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent written & verbal communication skills</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Growth mindset: coachable, data-driven, organized, optimistic</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese. Additional languages are a strong plus</li>
