The Opportunity
You’ll step into a 360\-degree sales role, responsible for everything from prospecting and outreach through to closing deals and managing your own portfolio of clients.
This is a role for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, building relationships and driving revenue, while also developing into a trusted advisor to customers.
You will be backed by a structured training programme and continuous support, giving you everything you need to succeed and progress quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and managing your own pipeline through proactive outreach and prospecting
- Identifying opportunities with small to medium\-sized businesses and pitching tailored solutions
- Developing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing value
- Managing accounts post\-sale and ensuring a high level of service and retention
- Negotiating and closing deals to drive consistent revenue growth
- Working towards clear targets with the opportunity to significantly boost earnings through commission
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage new people
- A motivated, target\-driven mindset with a desire to succeed in sales
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships effectively
- A positive attitude with resilience and willingness to learn
- Organised, self\-motivated and comfortable working independently

- £35,000 base salary \+ uncapped commission (OTE £70,000–£80,000\)
