We’re excited to be hiring an Account Executive (Desk\-Based) into our team! Whether you have a background in excellent customer service and looking for a new opportunity, or an experienced Service Advisor from a dealership ready to take your industry knowledge to another level, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting Account Managers with administration, reporting and creating training materials


• Providing remote training on Cooper Solutions products and help resolve customer support issues


• Developing your understanding of our products, the automotive retail sector and account management strategy

• We are proud and passionate about the customers we support and therefore excellent customer service experience, and a professional telephone manner, is essential.


• A strong communicator who is customer\-focused and a team player, with a genuine desire to help others.


• Someone who is organised, able to multi\-task, and keen to learn new systems and concepts.
