Duties
- Lead generation: Identify and attract potential candidates through social media management, networking, and targeted outreach strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to clients.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to organize candidate data and streamline workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication skills and regular follow\-ups.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities within the human resources sector.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain detailed records of all recruitment activities in CRM systems like Salesforce or other social media management tools.
- Proven experience in lead generation techniques within the recruitment or human resources industry.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively engage with clients and candidates at all levels.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS systems to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools for relationship management and tracking interactions.
- Familiarity with social media management for sourcing candidates and employer branding initiatives.
- Understanding of human resources processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, and HRIS systems integration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast\-paced environment.
Pay: From £25,420\.00 per year
