We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and reliable individuals to join our friendly, dedicated team.

About the Role:

B is a bright, engaging young autistic man. You will provide 2:1 waking night support, ensuring B feels safe, understood, and his support needs are met throughout the night.

Personal Care and Medication Support will be a key part of this role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Driver with a full UK licence


• Ability to work every other weekend


• Experience as a Support Worker (minimum 1 year preferred)


• Someone who is kind, reliable, and person\-centred – the right attitude is just as important as experience
