1:1 Personal Support Assistant (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Personal Support Assistant to provide one\-to\-one care and support to an individual. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, reliable, and comfortable adapting to the needs of one service user.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support and physical assistance on a 1:1 basis


• Assist with personal care following the service user’s preferences, ensuring dignity and respect


• Support with maintaining a safe, clean, and hygienic home environment


• Assist with meal preparation and food shopping when required


• Assist with the administration of prescribed medication as directed


• Support the individual to access the community for social and personal activities when requested


• Promote and maintain the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of the individual at all times.

• Previous experience in care, support, or healthcare roles is preferred


• A kind, patient, and understanding approach


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Willingness to work flexibly across both day and night shifts


• Dependable and responsible attitude

This role involves supporting one individual, and duties may vary depending on their needs.

Job Types: Part\-time, Permanent

Pay: £12\.71 per hour
