1-1 Community Support Worker (24 hour shift)

Job description:

• Job type: 1\-1 Community Support Worker


• Pay: £13\.05\-£13\.25 \+ £65 per sleep\-in


• Contract: 15 hours per week plus 9 hour sleep\-in


• Shift Pattern: Week 1: Friday from 9am, finishing at 9am on Saturday / Week 2: Sunday from 9am, finishing at 9am on Monday.

About The Role:

*You will be supporting A. A is a man in his 30s, who lives in his own home. He enjoys going for long walks, going swimming, and accessing the local community.*

*A is looking for an active support worker, who is over 21 years old, with a clean driving licence (due to A having his own car/insurance). A has autism. A needs support to maintain his emotional and physical well\-being and to navigate day to day life. A needs support staff that can help him feel safe and who can work with him in a therapeutic way that facilitates this.*
