Zambrero Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor. You must have previous restaurant experience, ideally in a fast\-food / quick\-serve environment.

Supervisor

Operating hours are 9am \- 9pm (7pm on weekends) so no late nights!

We have an exciting opportunity available for a superstar Supervisor who is ready to grow their career.

As Supervisor you will be responsible for efficiently running your shift.

• You will promote teamwork and a great customer experience


• You will ensure food quality and presentation is of a high standard


• You will maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant in both customer facing and back of house areas

Position Duties

This key role includes the following responsibilities:

• Leading team members in efficient day to day shift operations


• Ensuring great\-tasting, high\-quality food is served and exceptional customer service is maintained at all times


• Monitoring portion control and maintaining stock levels for meal periods


• Assisting in the training of new team members


• Assisting with managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
