Youth Support Worker - Team leader Part time + (overtime available)
New Start Living Ltd is a supported living service providing high\-quality accommodation and support to young people aged 16–25\. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader to join our team and play an important role in supporting our young people to develop their independence, confidence and life skills.
As a Team Leader, you will be a positive role model, providing guidance and support to young people while also helping to lead and support our team of Youth Support Workers. You will play an important role in ensuring our services provide a safe, welcoming and homely environment where young people feel valued, respected and supported to achieve their goals.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young people, has strong communication and leadership skills, and can motivate and support others to deliver a high standard of support.
Our homes are modern, well maintained and designed to provide young people with a safe and comfortable environment as they take the next steps towards independent living.

Experience:
Understanding of Young Person Support Provision
