We are currently recruiting for a passionate KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school for a long-term placement of at least 6 weeks, with strong potential for ongoing supply work beyond.

The Role

• Position: Year 3 Teacher (Key Stage 2)


• Location: Taunton, Somerset


• Start Date: ASAP


• Contract: Long-term (minimum 6 weeks), followed by flexible supply opportunities


• Working Pattern: Full-time preferred

? KeyResponsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative Year 3 lessons in line with the National Curriculum


• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment


• Assess and track pupil progress effectively


• Collaborate with teaching assistants and wider school staff


• Maintain high standards of behaviour and learning

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent


• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2), ideally Year 3


• Strong classroom management skills


• Passion for delivering high-quality primary education


• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
