- Must embrace and celebrate diversity and equality.
- Must be able to plan lessons that facilitate problem- solving and analytical skills, as well as creativity and abstract thinking too.
- Must be patient and empathetic.
- Must have high standards for behaviour management.
- Must be able to work well independently.
