WW Training Designer
Position
The WW Training Designer will be instrumental in elevating our organization's capabilities by conceptualizing, designing, and developing advanced, innovative and impactful learning solutions. This role is responsible for creating engaging and effective training programs that align with business objectives, foster employee growth, and enhance overall performance.
Job responsibilities
Instructional Design \& Development:
- Design, develop, and update engaging and interactive training materials, including e\-learning modules, instructor\-led training (ILT) guides, quick reference guides, presentations, and blended learning solutions.
- Support the learning gap analysis within the organization.
- Design interactive courseware and video using adult learning theory that appeals to various learning styles and international audiences
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate information, and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Incorporate diverse learning strategies, such as gamification, simulations, case studies, and experiential activities, to cater to different learning styles.
- Manage multiple training development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for training initiatives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
- Analyze training data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and continuously refine learning solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in instructional design and adult learning.
- Partner effectively with HR business partners, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand training needs and align solutions with organizational goals.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with all stakeholders regarding training initiatives, progress, and outcomes.
Profile
- Academic background in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or a closely related field.
- 5\-8 years of progressive experience in instructional design, corporate training development, or a senior learning \& development role within a complex organizational environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing a wide range of sophisticated learning solutions, including advanced e\-learning, ILT, blended learning, gamification, virtual learning and live simulation.
- Proven experience designing and developing scalable, engaging, online training is a must

- Entrepreneurial approach towards in stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of learning of adult learning theories and instructional design principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise learning content.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing and engaging training materials.
- Ability to collaborate with purpose with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and make data\-driven improvements.
- High level of creativity and innovation in designing learning solutions.
- Fluent in English (C1 level required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
