Salary: A competitive salary from £ 33,520 \- £50,280 depending on the experience you can bring

We are looking for a Workplace Relationship Manager to join our team. Workplace Solutions is a core market for Aegon UK and therefore is critical to the strategy and success of the business. You will be a part of a team that is responsible for delivering a compelling proposition, providing strong strategic relationship management, and building and maintaining relationships with key employers.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and develop relationships with a designated panel of managed clients
- Take a structured and proactive approach to employer management – governance \& engagement
- Own problem resolution for managed client servicing and administration
- Reactive issue/complaint resolution including high quality, expedient resolution and root cause analysis.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across the business ensuring a joined up approach is taken at all times.
- Excellent client relationship management skills – working with large workplace clients
- Proactive relationship management skills – identifying opportunities to support the employer in areas such as engagement or wellbeing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Passion for service excellence and a sharp focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Competent with a wide range of windows based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.) and comfortable with new technology.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict deadlines, whilst demonstrating accountability for individual and team workload
- We’re serious about your future and our enhanced pension scheme is now in place. We ask you to contribute 3% of your salary to your pension and we’ll put in 9%. If you decide to contribute more, we’ll match it up to a combined total of 20% of your salary (that’s 7% from you and 13% from us).
- A discretionary bonus, depending on personal and company performance
- 34 days leave per year (including bank holidays, pro\-rated for part\-time)
