Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm

Salary: £40,000- £60,000 pa

Location: Shoreditch!

About The Job:
As the Workplace Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the office runs like a well-oiled machine. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Day to Day Operations:

  • Own the daily office environment, ensuring everything is in order

  • Coordinate with landlords, building management, and contractors

  • Manage repairs and maintenance requests efficiently

  • Organisational Excellence:

  • Keep meeting rooms and workspaces organised and ready for use

  • Track office inventory and maintain a smooth reordering system

  • Ensure new hires have everything they need from day one

  • Community and Culture:

  • Keep communal spaces stocked and welcoming

  • Organise team lunches, celebrations, and special occasions

  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team for team socials and events

  • System Implementation:

  • Develop clear processes for ordering and facility requests

  • Maintain an organised storage space and office inventory system
Requirements:
  • Experience in office management or workplace operations desirable!

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented

  • Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus ?

  • Ability to anticipate problems and provide solutions proactively
