As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, including establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross\-training staff.
Act as the point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers, ensuring that all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress reports to management, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning
Conduct market research and evaluate vendors by comparing costs and benefits.
Monitor regular and ad\-hoc facility expenses.
Resolve complex issues and identify appropriate solutions to achieve team objectives.
Develop new approaches to ensure the team meets its objectives.
Contribute to the achievement of team and related team objectives.
Ensure individual and team results positively impact customer objectives.
Lead by example, modelling behaviours aligned with CBRE RISE values, and support the team in applying standard practices and procedures while building consensus.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma with 5\+ years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function, with basic knowledge of related areas.
Ability to communicate complex concepts and handle sensitive information effectively.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, curious mindset.
