Role: Workplace Engineer – SCCM/Intune, VMware/Omnissa \& Office 365

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required Skills:

• Experience with Endpoint Management technologies including SCCM and/or Microsoft Intune


• Experience managing Windows desktop environments and enterprise endpoint infrastructure


• Experience building, maintaining, and deploying standardized Windows base images


• Experience with Windows OS upgrades, patch management, and endpoint security compliance


• Experience creating and deploying software packages using SCCM/Intune


• Experience with software inventory, licensing, and configuration management


• Experience with VMware VDI technologies and/or Omnissa Workspace ONE


• Experience configuring and managing virtual desktop pools and base images


• Experience with VDI capacity planning, hardware sizing, and performance monitoring


• Experience supporting enterprise virtual desktop environments and troubleshooting incidents


• Experience administering Active Directory environments


• Ability to manage hybrid cloud/on\-prem Microsoft environments


• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Teams and OneDrive


• Experience managing Exchange environments (on\-prem and/or hybrid)


• Experience with identity and access management in enterprise environments
