Key Responsibilities • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional manner
- Managing front-of-house operations, including handling calls and emails
- Coordinating meeting rooms, bookings, and office spaces
- Supporting internal teams with workplace coordination tasks
- Overseeing office supplies, facilities, and general upkeep
- Ensuring the office environment remains organised, presentable, and efficient
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask
- A professional and polished presentation
