Working Student (w/m/d) – Indirect Materials & Services Procurement

Als Werkstudent (w/m/d) im Bereich Indirect Materials \& Services Procurement gewinnen Sie wertvolle Einblicke in internationale Einkaufsprozesse und unterstützen aktiv spannende Projekte in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld. Die Werkstudententätigkeit ist auf 6 Monate befristet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Mitarbeit in lokalen und globalen Einkaufsprojekten eines börsennotierten Unternehmens (z. B. Facility Management, Technical Services, IT Solutions, Labormaterialien)


• Unterstützung bei Marktanalysen sowie Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen gegenüber externen Lieferanten


• Auswertung von Angeboten sowie Teilnahme an Verhandlungen und Vergabegesprächen


• Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung von SAP Ariba und E\-Katalogen (Digitalisierung im Einkauf)


• Erstellung regelmäßiger SAP\-Reports zu Audit\- und SOX\-Zwecken


• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Lieferantenzulassungen sowie Code\-of\-Conduct\-Dokumenten


• Sicherstellung der Datenqualität durch Prüfung, Einholung und Pflege von Lieferantendokumenten in SAP und internen Datenbanken


• Pflege von Lieferantendaten wie Incoterms und Zahlungsbedingungen


• Unterstützung bei Cost\-Out\-Initiativen sowie Erstellung von Freigabeformularen und Präsentationen

• Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung


• Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)


• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift


• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift


• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise


• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit


• Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
