:Job Summary

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) who will support the Credit Risk Controlling team in managing and improving reporting processes, preparing risk\-related materials, and ensuring accurate execution of operational tasks.Key Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of risk\-related reports, presentations, and analysis.

  • Assist in compiling materials for risk committees and governance forums.

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Credit Risk Controlling function.

  • Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (framework for identifying, assessing, and managing risks within the organisation).

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across risk, governance, and credit risk teams.

  • Support improvements in reporting processes and operational efficiency.

  • Escalate questions appropriately and seek guidance from senior team members.

  • Comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and code of conduct standards.

Skills and Experience

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business\-related field.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (tools used for data analysis, reporting, and presentations).

  • Good communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).

  • Basic understanding of banking products and financial services.
Personal Competencies
  • Structured and detail\-oriented way of working.

  • Ability to prioritise and organise tasks effectively.

  • Ability to work reliably and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Willingness to learn and develop within a risk management environment.
