WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Within our global unit Master Data \& Data Frameworks it is essential for our digital products to provide high\-quality master data as foundation for recommendations, regulatory compliance and model\-based decisions. Join our team starting in June and work with us on this exciting project for 20 hours a week.

• In your new position, you take part in the BMLEH\-funded research project FarmSPT with a focus on technical development activities.


• You develop and implement solutions for a manufacturer\-independent data exchange.


• Together with your colleagues, you work with our internal Xarvio Field Manager to connect with other external digital agricultural solutions.


• Furthermore, you contribute to the design and implementation of a technical prototype within the research project context.


• Last but not least, you support documentation and coordination activities related to the project timeline from June to November 2026\.

• enrolled master's student in computer science, business informatics or a comparable technical field


• initial practical experience in a technical or academic environment, ideally through student roles or project work


• basic knowledge of interface programming and skills in Java and/or Python


• fluent German skills as well as confident use of standard IT applications


• a structured, solution\-oriented mindset combined with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

• You are part of the BASF team from day one.

• In addition, BASF Digital Farming GmbH offers various opportunities, such as exchange formats and workshops, to get to know BASF better. This will give you a wide range of insights and experience in the exciting digital environment of our Agricultural Solutions division.


• Remuneration – Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the chemical industry. With a weekly working time of 20 hours, the current gross monthly salary is 1,803 Euro
