Description
As a Working Student – Project Manager Support (m/f/x), you will support strategic, company\-wide projects and initiatives at osapiens. Working closely with our Project Management Officer, you help drive these projects forward \- conducting research and analysis, and preparing materials that support decision\-making across the organization, working closely with Product Content and other departments along the way.

- Project Support: Provide day\-to\-day project support on strategic company\-wide projects and initiatives.
- Regulatory Analysis: Analyze arising regulations that shape our product catalogue.
- Documentation \& Presentations: Prepare presentations and process documentation, using modern AI tools to accelerate workflows.
- Cross\-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Content, and other departments on shared projects.
Your Experience
- Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a Master's program, ideally combining business and technology disciplines such as Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong research capabilities with the ability to quickly understand ESG regulations and legislative processes.
- Tools \& Data: Comfortable working with Claude, PowerPoint, Excel and able to quickly learn and use new software and technologies.
- Curiosity \& Ownership: Highly detail\-oriented, proactive, and motivated to independently solve problems and uncover insights.
- Language \& Location: Fluent in English and German is mandatory, with the ability to come into our Mannheim office regularly.
- Prior practical experience (internship, working student role, or similar) in an IT / software environment is a plus.
