You run office operations and events for 75\+ colleagues end to end. Got an idea for a new ritual, a different event format, or a cultural initiative? We want to hear it and we will back it.
What You'll Do:

- Plan and run company events end to end \- from Summer party to floor parties to formats we haven't invented yet
- Create small rituals that shape the everyday: OKR Day Lunch, Lunch Roulette, spontaneous moments
- Own the office experience \- you're the go\-to person when something needs sorting
- Coordinate onboarding so new hires feel Alasco from day one
- Manage external suppliers and keep things running behind the scenes
- Support the People \& Culture team with HR admin and employee requests
- Use AI tools to automate the repetitive stuff and spot ways to improve how we work

Must\-haves:
- Hands\-on experience from a previous role \- internship, working student, or part\-time job in any field
- You're approachable and visible. Being the person the team comes to is your kind of day.
- You keep several things moving at once. When you own something, it's done.
- HR data lands on your desk too. You treat it with the discretion it deserves.
- You are fluent in German and English
- You've used AI tools to automate or speed up everyday work
- You've planned an event or two and know what it takes to get vendors to actually deliver
- You know your way around HR tools or have picked up some basics of how HR works

- €500 learning \& development budget per year \+ 1 dedicated L\&D day
- Up to 4 weeks workation per year
- Navit or Wellpass subsidy (€40/month): Your choice of mobility or wellness
