Description
As a Working Student in RNE Transhipment, you will play a crucial role in supporting day\-to\-day operations and planning for mainliner and feeder services in Western North Europe. Your responsibilities will include producing forecasts and reports, coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing vendor communications, and assisting with cost recovery and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., logistics, supply chain, business administration)


• Strong interest in cargo operations and transshipment processes


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, as well as attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem\-solving


• Basic understanding of logistics and shipping industry preferred


• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Support transhipment planning for mainliner and feeder services


• Generate forecasts and routine reports for operational insights

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and manage communications with* vendors and partners

• Assist with cost recovery actions and documentation processes.


• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide analytical support


• Liaise with various departments to gather and analyze data


• Ensure accurate record\-keeping and documentation


• Provide administrative support as required and engage in continuous learning and professional development
