Working Student (m/f/d) Change & Communication - CRM Transformation & Corporate Development

As part of a global CRM transformation in the pharmaceutical sector, you’ll gain hands\-on experience in driving large\-scale change and fostering engagement across international teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine creativity with real impact — from shaping the communication of complex topics to building global connections and contributing to a strategic program that will redefine how Fresenius Kabi engages with its customers in the future.

Your challenge in detail
----------------------------

• You will support the team in managing digital content and platforms (intranet and social media)


• In addition, you will be involved in strategic messaging and communication initiatives


• You will also assist in content creation and contribute to storytelling initiatives


• Furthermore, you will support the design and delivery of global presentations


• Last but not least, you will assist in the coordination and communication of global meetings, calls and events

• Current full\-time studies in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Business or a related field


• Proactive and detail\-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines


• Very good English skills, written and spoken; good German skills are a plus


• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross\-functional and global teams


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)


• Experience with intranet, social media, or content management platforms is a plus
