Working Student Internal Audit Data Analytics team (Alternance)
What you do
- Assist with preparing and coordinating global internal audit reports and updates for Boards, Audit Committees and senior management.• Support the maintenance and improvement of governance documentation (e.g. audit policies, standards, operating manuals) so they are current, clear and easy to use.• Contribute to the digital enablement of audit processes, including working with tools like TeamMate\+ and analytics platforms.• Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud\-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use• Help organise and deliver onboarding and training activities for internal auditors (e.g. scheduling, materials, follow\-ups).• Prepare presentations, reports and basic data analyses to support decision\-making and strategic initiatives.• Collaborate with colleagues across functions and locations to ensure information, processes and timelines are aligned.
- You are a current university student (bachelor’s or master’s), ideally in business, finance, economics, law or a related field, and can work part\-time alongside your studies. This helps you quickly understand the context of audit and governance work.• You manage your time well, can handle multiple tasks in parallel and meet agreed deadlines. The team relies on you to keep reporting cycles and coordination activities on track.• You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and SharePoint to structure information, track changes and prepare clear materials.• You communicate clearly and professionally in English, both in writing and verbally, as you will support reports and presentations for senior stakeholders in a global environment.• You work accurately and with a strong attention to detail, spotting inconsistencies or errors in documents, data and presentations before they go out.• You are curious, willing to learn new tools and processes, and able to work collaboratively in a diverse, international team.
