Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented person to support our Affiliate Team in the day\-to\-day operational business. In this role, you will work closely with international stakeholders and contribute to affiliate marketing activities, reporting, campaign coordination, and data analysis. This is a great opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in ecommerce and online marketing within a dynamic and fast\-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Affiliate Team in daily operational tasks depending on current business needs
- Suggest new affiliate partners based on regional input and market needs
- Prepare creatives and assets for regional affiliate collaborations
- Support reporting, data collection, and data visualization activities
- Validate orders and prepare statistics and performance reports
- Implement optimization improvements in Tableau dashboards and data visualization
- Assist in the coupon creation and distribution process
- Analyze banner performance and campaign effectiveness
- Conduct competitor and keyword analysis
- Support fraud\-protection monitoring and related reporting
- Prepare documentation and help structure the affiliate team’s knowledge database

- First experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online marketing
- Interest in affiliate marketing and strong affinity for working with numbers and data
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work with international teams
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
- Confidence in handling data and analytical tasks
