Workday HR Consultant (m/f/d)

<p>In our People Enablement Tech Department, we are seeking a skilled Workday HR Consultant to design, build, and maintain HR solutions with Workday and other HR systems. You will be part of our team of in-house HR consultants and collaborate very closely with HR, IT infrastructure, and different internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow and automation across platforms.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>You use your expertise to supervise and develop the existing HR environment, find improvements and implement them</li>
<li>You step into the technical project lead role for your projects</li>
<li>You support the technical and functional implementation of processes by using Workday, Greenhouse and further systems</li>
<li>You understand the current business processes, identify gaps and suggest improvements and continuously optimize them</li>
<li>You work closely together with key users from HR and guarantee a stable environment</li>
<li>You accompany system and acceptance tests and document these thoroughly to create a profound base for evaluations and analyses</li>
<li>You build up a trustful relationship to the project participants, consult them and represent a competent contact</li>
<li>With your team you own the expansion of the current Workday implementation with customizations that support a fast-growing company</li>
</ul>
<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><strong><span style="font-size: 24pt;">About You</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You have a Bachelor/Master degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or similar</li>
<li>You have at least 3 years professional experience as a Business Analyst / Administrator / Consultant for Workday</li>
<li>You have experience in implementation projects and consult your stakeholders during the phases of the project.</li>
<li>You have proven experience configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting</li>
<li>Experience in following modules is a plus: Compensation, 3rd-Party Payroll Integration, Talent & Performance or Absences, Workday Integrations</li>
<li>You are fluent in English; any other European language is a plus</li>
</ul>
