<p>As a <strong>Workday Finance Specialist</strong>, you will support our <strong>Workday Financials</strong> platform and help standardise finance processes across Europe and Canada. Working closely with Finance and Technology teams, you will drive system improvements and enable efficient accounting operations and period-end processes.</p>

<p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support <strong>Workday Financials</strong> as the central ERP system across multiple companies and geographies.</li>
<li>Configure financial dimensions, posting rules and business logic.</li>
<li>Provide first-level system support for accounting operations and period-end activities.</li>
<li>Drive system and process improvements, including automation initiatives.</li>
<li>Coordinate global feature rollouts and finance projects with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Train finance teams and maintain clear process documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or a related field.</li>
<li>3–5+ years of experience with cloud-based <strong>ERP systems</strong>, ideally <strong>Workday Financials</strong>.</li>
<li>Good understanding of <strong>IFRS</strong> or German GAAP and end-to-end finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).</li>
<li>Experience with automation tools such as Make.com or UiPath is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Fluent German and English.</li>
