Warehouse Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to help to manage our small warehouse day\-to\-day operations. The ideal candidate will have some experience in warehouse activities, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and managing business processes effectively.

Responsibilities:
\- Doing the daily tasks in the warehouse
\- Managing all the orders including wholesale, website retail, and other online orders to be packed and shipped in a limited time frame
\- Processing all the paper works of deliveries, packing lists, invoices, and postage labels
\- Make sure all our stock (SKU) to be input into your WMS system and make sure the quantities and location are correctly recorded.
\- Coordinate with third\-party logistics providers (3PL) for inbound and outbound collections
\- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to streamline processes

Experience:
\- Have some experience in warehouse management, logistics, and overseeing business processes
\- Familiarity with TikTok shop seller centre
\- Familiarity with processing TikTok returns
\- Familiarity with MINTSOFT or similar inventory management systems
\- Some knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
\- Experience in using warehouse equipment
\- Good skills with the ability to work with a small team effectively
\- Good knowledge of office app, like google office
\- Weekend shifts and bank holiday shifts will be requested required if the business needs.
