Following the promotion of Falkirk FC Women to the SWPL 2, we are now looking to recruit a Physiotherapist, who is a member of the Health \& Care Professions Council (HCPC), for the 2026/27 season.

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Women’s First Team Physio

DEPARTMENT: Women’s Football

SALARY: £5000

HOURS: Eight hours per week, including weekends

ACCOUNTABLE/REPORTS TO: Head of Operations, CEO

JOB OVERVIEW \& PURPOSE

To effectively oversee the physiotherapy needs of the Women’s 1st team, including injury prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Assessment and treatment of injuries at training and matches Rehabilitation of players, facilitating a safe return to play

  • Provide strength and conditioning training to players

  • Support each player in their personal physical development

COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS

INTERNAL: FFCW Coaches, Head of Operations, FFCW Players

Pay: £5,000\.00 per year
