Responsibilities
--------------------

What will you do ?
======================

• Install, configure, and support Windows Server (2016–2025\) and Windows 11\.


• Manage Active Directory services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS, File \& Print Services).


• Ensure system availability, performance, security, and backup operations.


• Manage OS patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation.


• Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.


• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.


• Manage and support Microsoft technologies including SCCM, WSUS, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, SQL Server, IIS, and Tomcat.


• Apply security best practices following CIS, NIST, RBAC, ADGDLP, and Least Privilege principles.

Qualifications
------------------

Who are you ?
=================

• Proven experience as a Windows System Engineer in an enterprise environment.


• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 11, Active Directory, GPO, and Microsoft 365\.


• Experience with SCCM, Intune, Azure/Entra ID, Exchange, and PowerShell.


• Good understanding of security best practices (CIS, NIST, Least Privilege).


• Strong problem\-solving skills and a proactive mindset.


• Hold a Master's degree or an Engineering diploma in Computer Science or Infrastructure (apprenticeship is a plus).


• Fluent in French and English.

Nice to Have :* VMware, Nutanix or Veeam.

• CyberArk, Splunk, or Sentinel.


• Basic Linux and networking knowledge.
