We are a fiercely independent team dedicated to sourcing, roasting, and brewing the best speciality coffee around. We’re on the lookout for a passionate Wholesale Account Manager to join the team, champion our coffee, and help us get our products and top\-tier espresso machines into more brilliant venues across the region.

The Role

As our Wholesale Account Manager, you’ll be the face and voice of Hot Numbers out in the wild. You won't just be pushing sales; you'll be building genuine partnerships. Whether you’re chatting with a boutique hotel manager, helping a café dial in a new seasonal espresso, or hosting a buzzing cupping event for a local corporate, you’ll be the driving force behind our wholesale community.

You’ll be working closely with the management team to make sure our wholesale partners get an unforgettable experience from the first pitch to the final pour.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the go\-to person for our existing wholesale partners, making sure their coffee and equipment needs are always sorted with outstanding service.

  • Keep a close eye on what our partners love, and proactively introduce them to fresh seasonal roasts, limited editions, new releases, or equipment upgrades.

  • Welcome new accounts to the Hot Numbers family. You'll make sure they are set up brilliantly from day one, with coffee orders, coordinating machine installs and getting them the training \& support they need.
Growing the Business
  • Get out there and connect with decision\-makers at independent cafés, restaurants, boutique hotels, event venues, and potential retail stockists.

  • Confidently pitch the Hot Numbers coffee lineup alongside professional\-grade espresso machines and equipment. Writing quotes and managing the fulfilment/installation of these orders.

  • Keep track of your chats, follow\-ups, and leads to consistently hit our wholesale growth goals.
Bringing People Together
  • Plan and run awesome engagement events—think monthly roastery tours, industry cuppings, and product showcases to wow our current partners and attract new ones. This includes maintaining the presentation of our Wholesale Showroom/ Training Academy.

  • Fly the Hot Numbers flag at trade shows, local events, and hospitality networking meetups.

  • Share what you're hearing on the ground with our Head of Coffee, Quality \& Training. You’ll actively help us taste, tweak, and develop exciting new coffee profiles and products.

  • Assist the Operations team whenever things get busy on the roastery floor.

  • Save the Day (Deliveries): If a wholesale partner is running dry or we’re short\-staffed, you’ll jump in to help pack boxes or hit the road in the van for emergency local drops.
What We’re Looking For
  • Solid experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.

  • A massive passion for speciality coffee.

  • Be confident, approachable, and able to build real relationships with all kinds of people.

  • Highly organised and self\-motivated. You’ll be managing your own diary of visits, cold calls, and admin.

  • A proper team player who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty packing coffee or doing a delivery run.

  • Clean Full UK Driving License

Starting Salary: £27,500\.00 \+ Commission Structure (Based on Monthly Revenue Targets for Wholesale) \- OTE £35,000\.00 (Uncapped)
