Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Operations unterstützt du unser Team aktiv im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei Optimierungsprojekten:

• Unterstützung der Produktions\- und Logistikprozesse im JIT\-Umfeld


• Analyse und Optimierung von Abläufen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette


• Mitarbeit an Lean\-Management\- und Continuous\-Improvement\-Projekten


• Erstellung und Pflege von Kennzahlen, Reports und Auswertungen (z. B. KPI\-Tracking)


• Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Produktionsoptimierungen


• Mitarbeit bei Layout\-, Prozess\- und Materialflussanalysen


• Dokumentation von Arbeitsprozessen und Erstellung von Standards


• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik, Qualität und Engineering

Dein Profil

• Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Maschinenbau, Logistik oder vergleichbar


• Interesse an Produktionsprozessen, idealerweise im Automotive\-Umfeld


• Erste Erfahrungen mit Lean\-Methoden (z. B. 5S, Kaizen, Wertstromanalyse) von Vorteil


• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel


• Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise


• Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Hands\-on\-Mentalität


• Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
