Was Dich erwartet
Unterstützung bei der Kampagnenplanung: Du hilfst bei der Konzeption und Planung von Marketingkampagnen und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung zielgruppenspezifischer Maßnahmen für verschiedene Kanäle (Digital, Print, Events).
Content Marketing \& Kommunikation: Du assistierst bei der Erstellung von Marketinginhalten und unterstützt bei der Koordination mit Content Marketing und Eventmarketing. Du hilfst bei der Schnittstellensteuerung zu internen Stakeholdern.
Markt\- und Wettbewerbsanalysen: Du unterstützt bei der Markt\- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und hilfst bei der Aufbereitung von Daten für Handlungsoptionen in Geschäftsfeldern und Marketingstrategien.
Administrative Unterstützung: Du greifst dem Team im Tagesgeschäft unter die Arme. Du unterstützt bei der Freigabe von Marketingzuschüssen, der Betreuung von Mitgliedschaften und Spenden sowie bei der allgemeinen Marketing\-Administration.
Digitale Prozesse \& Tools: Du hilfst bei der Pflege von Marketing\-Tools und unterstützt bei der Digitalisierung von Marketingprozessen. Du assistierst bei der Koordination externer Dienstleister und Agenturen.
Was Du mitbringst
Laufendes Studium: Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang (gerne mit Marketing\-Bezug).
Interesse an Marketing \& Kommunikation: Du hast Spaß an modernen Marketing\-Themen und ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Kommunikationskanäle und Marketingstrategien.
Analytische Fähigkeiten: Du arbeitest gerne mit Daten und hast Interesse an Marktanalysen und strategischen Fragestellungen.
Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert, gewissenhaft und hast ein Auge für Details sowie ein Gespür für kreative Lösungsansätze.
