Wellness and Spa Manager

Are you a visionary leader in luxury wellness? Tewkesbury Park, a family\-owned independent hotel, is seeking a Wellness \& Spa Manager to shape, elevate and define our Spa \& Wellness experience. This is a transformational role—combining strategic vision, operational excellence and creative leadership—to deliver deeply personal, memorable and luxurious guest journeys.

What you’ll do:

· Lead, inspire, and develop a high\-calibre Wellness \& Spa team, providing training and development to deliver the resort’s vision and exceptional guest experiences.

· Work with management on shaping and elevating our wellness identity, from treatments to wet areas.

· Deliver excellence across guest experiences, retail, and spa operations.

· Drive membership engagement, retail growth, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.

· Manage membership databases, booking systems, integrations, and billing platforms to support seamless operations and marketing strategies.

· Integrate wellness trends and guest insights into innovative, personalised offerings.

· Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and COSHH regulations across all spa and wellness areas.

What we’re looking for:

· Proven experience managing luxury spa and wellness operations.

· Visionary, creative, and commercially savvy, with a strong business mindset.

· Passionate about guest wellbeing, delivering transformative and memorable experiences.

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high\-performing team.

· Level 3 qualified Spa Therapist (beneficial).

· Pool plant room and lifeguarding qualifications are beneficial but not essential; full training can be provided for the right candidate.

SALARY: £32,000 p/a

HOURS: Full\-time, 40 hours per week – to include evenings and weekends
