Welder Fabricator

Fabricator / Welder Location: Braintree, Essex

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift: 7:15am – 3:45pm

Pay: £16.00 – £18.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Overtime: Currently available

We’re currently looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our team at our busy operation in Braintree.

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable individual with a strong background in structural steel fabrication and MIG welding, who is confident working independently and producing high-quality work to specification.

The ideal candidate will have: • 5+ years’ experience in fabrication and welding

• Be apprentice-trained or time-served


• Strong experience in structural steel fabrication


• Excellent MIG welding skills


• Experience welding 6mm–20mm mild steel


• The ability to read and work from drawings


• A strong eye for detail and quality


• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines


• A reliable, professional approach to work

What we offer: • £16–£18+ per hour, depending on experience

• 40 hours per week


• Monday to Friday, 7:15am–3:45pm
