Lead Weekend Centre Operations with Ali's Academy

Ali's Academy is currently recruiting reliable, organised, and confident Weekend Centre Managers to support the smooth running of our learning centres in Bracknell and Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an education environment and is comfortable taking responsibility for day to day centre operations, supporting tutors, students, and parents throughout weekend sessions.

About the Role

The Centre Manager is responsible for ensuring that the centre is prepared, organised, and operating efficiently throughout the weekend session.

You will be the main point of contact at the centre, working closely with tutors and Head Office to ensure students receive a positive and well organised learning experience.

Bracknell Centre

  • Working Day: Sunday

  • Working Hours: Afternoon sessions
Reading Centre
  • Working Day: Saturday

  • Working Hours: Afternoon sessions
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the smooth running of the centre during scheduled weekend sessions

  • Open the centre and ensure classrooms are prepared before students arrive

  • Welcome students and parents and assist with general enquiries

  • Coordinate with tutors to ensure sessions begin promptly and run smoothly

  • Monitor attendance and maintain accurate centre records

  • Ensure classrooms and shared areas remain organised throughout the day

  • Follow Ali's Academy's operational procedures and standards

  • Identify and report operational, maintenance, or safeguarding concerns to Head Office

  • Ensure the centre is properly secured and closed at the end of the session
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable, punctual, and highly organised

  • Confident communicating with parents, students, and tutors

  • Professional and approachable

  • Comfortable taking responsibility and working independently

  • Able to manage several tasks within a busy centre environment

  • Comfortable using email, Google Workspace, and basic digital systems
Previous experience in education, administration, customer service, coordination, or management would be advantageous, although it is not essential. Training and guidance will be provided.
