The Role

As our Wedding \& Events Co\-ordinator, you will work 40 hours per week, including some weekends, and be responsible for supervising the smooth operation of weddings, conferences, and events from enquiry through to delivery. Applications for part\-time will also be considered.

With a keen eye for detail, you will ensure every aspect of an event—from planning and setup to service and guest experience—is executed flawlessly. Leading by example, you will foster a culture of warmth, professionalism, and teamwork, building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee weddings, conferences, and private events


• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest experience


• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to deliver seamless events


• Manage event logistics and timelines with exceptional attention to detail


• Support and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence


• Resolve challenges proactively and professionally

About You

• Previous experience in weddings, venue management, event coordination, or hospitality


• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills


• Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail


• Proactive, flexible, and solutions\-focused approach


• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast\-paced environment


• Comfortable working weekends as required
