Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and detail\-oriented Website, Social and Marketing Content Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online presence, creating engaging content and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Your skills in digital platforms, content management, and marketing tools will be essential in elevating our business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update website content on Magento and Wordpress, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings.


• Develop compelling copy for website pages, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials that resonate with our target audiences.


• Oversee social media management across multiple platforms, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.


• Coordinate marketing campaigns utilizing Google Ads and email marketing tools to attract new customers and retain existing ones.


• Utilise Canva to create visually appealing graphics for online content and promotional materials.


• Monitor website analytics through Google Analytics to assess performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.


• Collaborate with management on project planning, content calendars, and strategic initiatives to ensure timely delivery of marketing goals.

• Experience of creating content on platforms such as Magento and Wordpress and familiarity with SEO best practices.


• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages tailored to B2B audiences.


• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.


• Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and Canva.


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently using Excel or Sheets.


• Strong communication skills in English; ability to articulate ideas clearly across teams.


• IT literacy with a good understanding of digital marketing strategies within a B2B context.

We sell through stores, phones and web, working with both trade and retail customers across Merseyside, Warrington, Wirral, Manchester, and the wider North\-West region. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and expert advice to support our customers. We take a similar approach with staff and aim to support your development and progression.

Pay: £13\.00\-£15\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16\.0 – 40\.0 per week
